TRISTATE CAPITAL BANK NAMED A LEADING EQUIPMENT FINANCE COMPANY BY MONITOR FOR 7TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

$288M in new business led to 5.8% YOY growth with middle market clients

PITTSBURGH — Aug. 25, 2026 — For the seventh consecutive year, TriState Capital Bank was recognized by Monitor as one of the top-performing equipment finance companies in the United States. The bank’s 5.8% year-over-year gain in total loans and leases in 2025 ranked TriState Capital No. 78 on the 2026 Monitor 100.

In 2025, its eighth year, TriState Capital Bank Equipment Finance grew its loans and leases to $749.3 million from $708.3 million in 2024.

Tim Moriarity, executive vice president and manager of the Equipment Finance group, credits the division’s continued success to building strong client relationships through personalized service. Backed by the resources, technology and capabilities of a full-service commercial bank, TriState Capital Bank Equipment Finance combines deep industry expertise with the experience and flexibility to deliver competitive leasing and loan solutions that help businesses finance essential-use equipment, improve efficiency and support long-term growth. The team added $288.2 million in new business last year.

“Our equipment finance division built on its strong momentum in 2025 by remaining disciplined in our credit approach, strengthening strategic partnerships and continuing to deliver personalized, client-focused financing solutions,” said Moriarity, who launched the division in 2018 out of the bank’s general commercial lending business. “Every client has unique financing needs, and our experience, flexibility and relationship-driven approach allow us to structure solutions that help businesses invest confidently, operate more efficiently and achieve their long-term goals.”

The equipment finance business continued its success in the Northeast and the Midwest, with a specific focus on the Chicago area, and in its overall regional footprint of New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania, along with contiguous states.

As part of TriState Capital Bank, a financial institution with assets exceeding $20 billion, the Equipment Finance group is an important piece of the bank’s commercial banking strategy, combining specialized industry expertise with the strength and resources of a full-service financial institution to support businesses across a broad range of industries. Since its inaugural year, the division has rapidly grown its assets from $18.1 million in 2018 to $749.3 million in 2025.

“Our continued success reflects the strength of our team, the trust our clients place in us and our commitment to delivering consistent value over the long term,” said TriState Capital Bank Chairman and CEO Brian Fetterolf. “Building on another successful year in 2025, we continued to expand client relationships while providing the expertise, resources and financial strength businesses need to invest in their future. We’re proud to be a trusted equipment finance partner and remain well positioned for continued growth.”

Monitor 100 is published annually by MonitorDaily, a leading publication in the equipment finance industry. The list is a report of the largest equipment finance and leasing companies in the United States. More information about Monitor 100 is available at monitordaily.com.
