Vince Locher, regional president of commercial banking for TriState Capital Bank, is responsible for the overall management of commercial banking-related activities in the Western Pennsylvania market. Vince has over three decades of commercial banking, retail banking, private banking, community development and wealth management expertise. Prior to joining TriState Capital, Vince served as the executive vice president and managing director at a large regional bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and is also a graduate of ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
