Troy Elphinstone, VP, Treasury Management Sales Officer for Tristate Capital Bank, specializes in developing and expanding deposit relationships for family offices, financial advisors, and their clients. He works closely with these partners to understand their unique liquidity needs and deliver customized banking solutions that align with their financial objectives.
Leveraging extensive experience in deposit products and treasury management, Troy helps organizations enhance liquidity management, optimize cash flow operations, and maximize the value of their cash holdings. He collaborates with clients to implement tailored deposit and treasury management solutions designed to improve efficiency and support long-term financial goals.
Troy began his career with TriState Capital Bank’s Capital Markets team, supporting the Bank’s derivatives trading desk with a focus on interest rate swaps and options. He later joined the National Deposit Solutions team, where he provided bespoke liquidity solutions to corporate and institutional clients.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Allegheny College and resides in New York City.
