Summary of the Position:
Experienced sales consultant / officer position responsible for the development of TM business for a deposit centric prospecting base, geographic area or market segment. This position partners with relationship managers and regional presidents in a consultative selling role and is responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate new treasury management relationships.
Primary Functions of the Position:
- Sales Support
- Develops sales plans for territory and key customer accounts and deposit centric targets.
- Increased autonomy in managing assigned territory, requiring minimal assistance from management.
- Actively shares knowledge and market experience with peers, less experienced team members, and is a participant in TM initiatives.
- Recognizes and supports our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
- Product Marketing
- Oversees all Marketing collateral as it relates to depository and Treasury Management products.
- Performs periodic Marketing / Sales campaigns.
- Provides education and knowledge of products to internal partners and to existing and prospective clients.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, or treasury management
- 7+ years of business-to-business sales experience or treasury management sales experience with deposit centric industries

Summary of the Position:
The Treasury Management Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting the TM Sales officer and specialist team in marketing, managing and educating on the entire set of Deposit and Treasury Management product offerings. The incumbent will have team goals to enhance the Bank’s depository and treasury management business.
Primary Functions of the Position:
- Sales Support
- Demonstrates mastery level proficiency in all Depository and Treasury Management products
- Assists in the development and execution of client onboarding and implementation, sales presentations, RFPs, Client Annual Reviews, Client Risk Assessments, and TM Analytics
- Participates in joint and independent sales calling efforts for the Treasury Management Sales Team in order to recommend additional solutions and cross-sell products
- Consults with existing and prospective clients, by phone and in person, to learn their business and serve as an additional sales resource in the absence of the RM and/or TM Sales representative
- Product Marketing
- Oversees all Marketing collateral as it relates to depository and Treasury Management products
- Provides education and knowledge of products to internal partners and to existing and prospective clients
- Product Management
- Provides detailed analytics on depository and TM products
- Provides technical support for complex Deposit and Treasury Management sales calling efforts
- Effectively manages operational risk and compliance
- Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating new processes, tools, communications and training to ensure the bank’s success
- Acting as a brand ambassador for TriState with every prospect
- Maintaining and managing a system to effectively track and report on pipeline and sales initiatives
- Assist in developing sales processes, procedures, and departmental goals and initiating strategies that will improve team results
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years combined sales and depository / treasury management experience

Summary of the Position:
The TM Technical Sales/Client Experience (TSC) Manager will provide technical sales expertise regarding Treasury Management solutions and products to clients and prospects. The goals of this position include:
- Maximize closing opportunities with prospects as it relates to complex and risk related TM efforts
- Improve Bank performance through accelerating the speed and efficiency of closing sales and on-boarding new clients and related deposits and fee activity
- Maximize relationship expansion with clients based on new product initiatives and assessment of client activity
- Prioritizing and working with Product Management for Treasury Management initiatives for strategic growth
This individual must have a deep knowledge and understanding of solutions, risk, products and vendor capabilities within the Treasury Management vertical. The TM (TSC) Manager will leverage knowledge to help close large, complex Treasury Management opportunities and on-board those opportunities. In addition, this individual will gather, maintain, and provide market and competitive intelligence.
This person will be the primary contact for internal partners including Sales, Risk, IT and Operations for developing and prioritizing the Treasury Management product roadmap. This person will be included in vendor relationships and industry knowledge groups to respond to client needs and identify revenue vs. risk opportunities.
Activities will require contact with clients and prospects through joint meetings with out-bound calling Treasury Management Sales colleagues. The individual will be engaged with colleagues to determine how to tailor solutions for clients and prospects with unique and/or sophisticated requirements and relationship expansion.
Primary Functions of the Position:
- Partner with outward-calling Treasury Management Sales to generate revenue from sales of Treasury Management Solutions. Especially with sophisticated and transaction processing driven clients, including industry expertise of bulk fund distribution client needs and business opportunities (ACH & Wire)
- Lead responses to requests for proposal (RFPs)
- Complete large and/or complex product and risk related assessments and solution designs for clients and prospects, including demonstrations/training.
- Lead the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions to the customer as a part of the sales process and/or onboarding and implementation phase.
- Partner with IT/Operations to ensure integrity of new product releases and enhancements to ensure positive client experience
- Partner with IT/Operations to manage product/vendor relationship to ensure the bank is utilizing the optimal level of services available from the vendor
- Coordinate initiatives and functional capabilities reviews with Operations and IT groups and roll out to clients and prospects.
- Recommend new products or enhancements as changes are warranted or justified.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of treasury management industry related experience with treasury management sales, product management, technical representative or complex project management
- Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred
- Accredited ACH Professional designation preferred
