Summary of Position:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a critical member of the Enterprise Applications team, providing guidance and expertise to TriState Capital Bank’s Business Partners and requires a passion for problem-solving, appreciation for software development and testing, understanding of data and data structures and ability to model business processes and translate into technical requirement. The position requires the ability to manage projects, timelines, and budgets, while working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time. The position requires a deep understanding of business operations and technology to define requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines and budgets.
Primary Functions of the Position:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, primarily the product owners, to identify business technology requirements and develop technical solutions that meet these requirements.
- Partner with Business Analysts to develop and document business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and other documentation to communicate technology and software develop requirements to technical
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system solutions. This involves creating process flows, data models, system architecture diagrams, and user interface designs to guide development
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business
- Participate in the delivery of testing documentation as well as actual system testing to ensure quality and that the solutions meet the requirements and identify any defects or issues.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or technology-related
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business/systems analysis or related
- Experience working with various SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile (Kanban, Scrum); experienced using standard Agile tools, and DevOps.
- Financial Service industry and technology experience

Summary of the Position:
The Business Systems Analyst (Data Integration Services) role will support the operational and analytical needs of the business by defining, developing, configuring, and supporting data integration solutions, while working closely with the Enterprise Application managers / software engineers. The role will evaluate business and technical requirements for Enterprise systems, Architecture and Business Intelligence while identifying strategic & innovative solutions to meet the data needs of the business. The BSA will solicit, understand, and document business and technical requirements, processes and pipeline workflows for Enterprise systems, Architecture and Business Intelligence while identifying strategic & innovative solutions to meet the data needs of the business. The BSA will also participate in supporting / administering essential applications and reports maintained within the Enterprise Applications group.
Primary Functions of the Position:
- Support the business-critical data-intensive Enterprise Applications and Integrations.
- Develop data integrations, pipelines and ETL processes that connect disparate sources and supporting applications and platforms.
- Work with business stakeholders and technical team members to understand requirements and processes to make recommendations for tactical, strategic, and innovative data-centric solutions/improvement.
- Apply Agile project management methodologies to ensure proper implementation and completion within requested timelines and work with software engineers to deliver cohesive enterprise application features.
- Improve existing Data Integration Services and Enterprise Applications by recommending/implementing BSA best practices and methodologies while designing data-driven solutions by utilizing experience with relational and analytical database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
- ETL tool utilization and development through Azure Data Factory Pipelines and Microsoft SSIS to perform system integrations and data analysis with the intent of preparing for data lake utilization.
- Technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, data analysis master data management, and data modeling.
- Works closely with data architects, business analysts / system analysts, project managers, developers, enterprise application managers, and business stakeholders/users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Prior DBA experience would be a plus.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation and insightful scripts/data analysis.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or STEM/Technology-related degree.
- 1+ years of experience in Azure Data Stack technologies including Azure SQL, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, ADLS2, Logic Apps and Virtual Machines
- 1+ years of experience importing/exporting data (ETL/ELT) for use in application systems integration, report software, business process support, data analysis, and business use.
- 1+ years of experience delivering and supporting BI/BA/BSA activities and data-driven solutions.
- 1+ years of experience developing integrations between custom-developed and off-the-shelf enterprise systems.
- 1+ years of experience performing business requirements and systems analysis.
- Experience supporting\creating enterprise data analysis, data management/governance, data visualization, data integrations and automated solutions.
- Prior experience with Salesforce, RPA platforms, Databricks/Snowflake, Azure DevOps and API’s a plus.
- Experience in banking and/or financial services would be highly beneficial.

Summary of the Position:
The Solution Architect will lead the design, solution architecture, adherence to TSC software development standards, and guide third party software development, concentrating on the Microsoft Azure stack. Focus will be on architecting solutions for integrating Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, and proprietary in-house applications, utilizing a data integration services layer to orchestrate data and messages between systems to build solutions for the organization’s enterprise application needs. This role will involve working with the organization’s CMO/PMO, business leaders, IT/Enterprise Applications leaders and Enterprise Architects to meet business requirements with innovative software solutions. As the technical lead for applications and integrations, this position will work with the day-to-day operations of 3rd party software development teams and lead the software development lifecycle for the bank. In addition, this position will be the first point of contact for technical system support.
Primary Functions of the Position:
- Manage the implementation of software development lifecycle for various in-house and customer-facing applications.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outsourced vendor software development teams and analysts
- Lead the architecture and technical specifications design for current/future software systems to meet the needs of the company technology roadmap.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Managers and Stakeholders to achieve business goals. The role requires strong technical and business acumen, with experience bringing software solutions from conception to production.
- Prioritize and monitor software problem status. Triage, delegate, and coordinate solutions within areas of software development, data management and business teams.
- Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or technology-related degree
- 5+ years of software development experience utilizing modern development tools and technologies – Microsoft .NET (C#), Azure Cloud, Angular, Full-Stack development, In-depth understanding of various coding languages, Sound knowledge of various operating systems and SQL Server development experience
- 3+ years of experience in leading professional software development projects, software developers and related software development lifecycles and methodologies with proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar software development / lead role
- 3+ years building and leading the solutions for integrations both customer-facing and in-house applications (cloud, web and client based)
- Experience working with various SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile (Scrum and Kanban); experienced in the use of standard Agile tools, and DevOps
- Experience building Docker/Kubernetes containerized implementations, microservices, orchestration, messaging and service bus architecture preferably using Azure MQ or Kafka
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and Communities platform development (Apex preferred) is a plus.
